My name is Ty, founder of Remix Coaching, which specializes in remixing the employee experience of organizations for more belonging, empathy, and trust. I’ve worked with leaders, teams and organizations across the globe to build capabilities, shift behaviors and design experiences to maximize their performance.
I have over 30 years of experience working in leadership and team development, Inclusion & Diversity, culture change, and employee engagement, marketing and communications. I partner with clients such as Nike, Converse, Zalando, Tommy Hilfiger and many others, as a coach, advisor, designer and facilitator for clients. From this experience, I design impactful workshops and resources to enable leaders to be more impactful and drive a team culture to deliver stronger results.
To lead effectively, leaders need to develop and leverage their emotional intelligence to become more aware of themselves, the needs of each team member and the impact they have on them.
My program provides leaders with practical steps to develop their emotional intelligence and lead their team with more empathy and inclusion for stronger results.
